sr4030 convert to 4060?

I have a client that s burning up the finishers, for the mp7502, i have a pretty new 4030, can it be converted somehow to talk to the machine like a 4060?
just asking....shot in the dark...

IF everything else looks to be the same, including the wiring harness, where the harness connects to the main board and the pin out for all the connectors are the same. You might be able to merely replace the finisher main board. In some instance you might even get by with replacing the eeprom on the main board
