Ricoh MP C2050 error code SC925

I have the service manual. reset won't clear it. I believe it's a hard drive issue. Anyone help?

There is no "reset" for clearing SC 925. In the service there is a recovery procedure. In fact there are 4 procedures. One for if there is also any SC860 to SC865. The second is for if there is not any SC860 to SC865. The third is for if 1 or 2 fail to correct the problem. Four is to replace the HDD.
