MP 4002 SC878-01 Bad controller board right?

Anything else to look for? Any other tips? Can I use a donor board from a known working machine?

    TIA

You will need to swap the NVRAM and possibly need to reenter the serial number if you get a SC995 after doing so.

I'd try reflashing F/W first (if you can). Otherwise, controller

Tried re-flashing at the customers..... No dice..... did not get the firmware menu after 15 mins of waiting. Installed a full set of donor boards, customer up and running but wrong meters etc etc. Gonna try NVRAM swap at the office to another set of boards, I will update. Thank you Slimslob and Sandmanmac for the suggestions.

The counters are saved in the NVRAM.
