If you want to "solve" the issue for 3 or 4 months, do this:

Pull out fuser, transfer roller, transfer belt, Y toner, Y Pdcu, laser cover and laser units.

Vacuum with a new filter the yellow supply from toner emplacement while you open with the other hand the toner supply to the pdcu, just close and open and vacuum the toner hopper for 1-2 mins.

Rebuild the machine, and do 4-5 forced toner supply for Yellow only.

This take 30-40mins. Good luck.

So your telling me, that if your out doing your job, minding your own business
and replace a PCDU on this model, It will jack up the machine?

Good luck telling a chargeable account that its not your fault.

Cause 1:
Initial symptom after the PDCU is replaced or just after the machine is installed.

Glad we don't have many of these
