    Same here, Andy.
We're in a very similar situation

are you 120v or 220 v up north?
I was hoping these printers would be cheap but my 2nd option for machines
wants as much as a mpc3002 and i will have to wait till my main seller gets some in..
It make life easier when you have spares of everything to swap and move on...
What count are you seeing on the c3002 original k drums b4 seeing lines from charge roller?

Haha...we have 120v in our igloos up here.
I only have a handful of these particular units out, and none are in very high volume locations, and they all had such low meters when I installed them, that I've yet to reach PM on any of them, so I can't really answer that.
I've seen no charge roller issues myself at least up to 200K +

    Same in Australia.
We use the spc830dn fuser kit,b/w pcdu kit and the colour pcdu kit.
We also use the 830dn ITB assy in '02 machines AND '01 machines.
Most of our MPCxx02 machines are coming off contract this year so although the printer unit parts are lower yield we fit them in the machines about to end their contract.

thats is where i am at,with trying to place a machine where costs rule supreme..
Most of my accounts are low meter and only the 60cpm b/w i service are doing 20kto 40k monthly..
I saw something stating do not empty the drum waste toner bottle..
Is there a reason for such?
looks like it has a tape seal after you pull the 4 screws off.

[the ITB all you do is bend up a stopper in the machine above the ITB or swap over the top plastic covers & remove a green knob.]

ITB: just remove the middle plate from the spc830 ITB and it's compatible for mpc3002.

The rating is lower because the customer is expected to replace them at the first sign of trouble instead of having a tech determine how bad it actually is.

You can happily empty waste toner bottles on the 02 series but NOT the 03

SPC830 waste bottle will not fit in MPC
