ADF- Ricoh Aficio MP 6500

Hello, I have a problem with the machine Ricoh Aficio MP 6500. When I put paper in ADF, sometimes paper stuck. The machine gives me a message that it will be restarted, also if I open the feed cover shows me the same message, but not always. Can it be up to BCU board or something else can maybe cause that problem?

If the machine is rebooting automatically, check the settings of SC 5875-002.

Print out a copy of the SMC report to see what code the machine is having that is causing the reboot.
