    J001 is a jam found at power on, ergo the code that came up when there was still a jam after attempting to clear the jam. Check SP 7507 to find where the last jam occurred, J001 jams will not be listed.

    Thanks for all the assistance.

    There were several issues...

    The sensor at the bottom of the secondary transfer unit was faulty, the duplex exit sensor was dirty and one of the one way bearings on the duplex door was slipping....

    Replaced sensor, cleaned sensor and replaced bearing / gear and now it is all good...
