MP4002 not picking paper up

Ive have changed the entire feed mechanism, i replaced the feed clutch, drawer two works just fine,feed tires all new, i left the client yesterday it worked all day , this morning its doing the same thing "jam in A" no paper has been picked up?
could this be the riser motor? the raising platform has no obstruction, goes up and down just fine, I usually suspect the torque clutch, but there but there is no paper in the feed pick up, and it runs then when it jams it acts like its out of paper kinda, keeps going till the paper in cue should be next, you know what i mean? then jam alert. please anyone have this issue?

By entire feed mechanism do you mean all the feed rollers or do you mean the Paper Feed Unit Assembly: PN D129 2750?

Is the drawer latching properly? I have found that the catch on the frame can be bent (due to customer abuse) and this gives the tray room to move even though it is latched. If it moves far enough, the machine thinks the tray is being removed and drops the base plate.

ok so far its been the paper drawer #1 as suspected by a previous post , i switched the paper drawers with another one from the machine and so far no client response, i also ran 50 from the tray #1 after switching the drawer
i would have never guessed this was the issue... Thanks for the heads up on the drawer possibly being the issue.
upon further review also i noticed the drawer with the issue was not quite closing all the way in slot two... there was play in the drawer ever so slight but enough to make you go HMMMMMM....
i will see if i get a call in the morning, this is when they run the heaviest .
