    mpc3001 sc682-11

In the mpc3001 serv. manual there is no description of the -11 extension.
mpc3003 says 682-11: problem with pcdu Bk...
The pcu Bk and developer Bk were replaced 50K - 3 months - ago.
    Also the pcu Magenta.
Is the only way to solve this issue replacing the pcdu Bk?
    Thanks.

    Re: mpc3001 sc682-11

Customer called, "PCDU's not correctly set"... on display.
So, I removed - and placed back - pcdu Bk, magenta and cyaan: no good.
I did the same with the pcdu Yellow:
    solved...
I have cleaned the charge roller yellow some 15K ago...
Could that have been the reason of sc682?
I don't know now if sc682 is solved, now.
    I keep you informed.
That this intervention took place so quickly is because it's our neighbour...

    Re: mpc3001 sc682-11

It seems that this tread is going solo...

So, customer called again: "sc682-11, press restart" ...
After that: "pcdu's not correctly placed"
    So, my first question remains...
