FONT issue when Printing through E23-c Fiery on RICOH MPC5504ex

Hi Chaps, Engineers and Tech's,

Got a strange one on a brand new Ricoh MPC5504ex using a E23-c Fiery.

When printing certain documents with a certain font ( GT AMERICAN-BOLD) the document prints with a font error. This only seems to happen from the customers APPLE MAC's. I have tried the document from a Windows laptop using PCL and Post Script Drivers and all prints fine (direct and via a Fiery).

Fiery has all latest patches installed and device firmware has bee updated.

Has anyone seen this or had similar issues?

What software and version are you printing from on the Mac?

Hi Chaps,

The client is using various different MAC's with different OS.

We tried it from Sierra and High Sierra and both failed (Windows PCL/PS prints fine)

The Document is a PDF

How old was the PPD installer used for installing the MAC OS X driver? Ver 1.0.3 was Released: 02/14/2018 due to certificate expiration on ver 1.0.2.

How old was the PPD installer used for installing the MAC OS X driver? Ver 1.0.3 was Released: 02/14/2018 due to certificate expiration on ver 1.0.2.

Latest PPD installed has been tested and same font error appears.
