Have you changed the black pcu recently? Or is this a new machine?

Is the itb lever set correctly?

Is there such a thing as a C2011??

It kind of looks like a problem I had on the C2500 where the shutter on the laser unit wasn't opening fully. There's an SP somewhere that can be adjusted (somehow that number changes over time), but I can't remember which SP it was.

Mpc2011 is the fax less version of the mpc2003. Fax cannot be added to a 2011.

There is no shutter on these models.

They have a trick on the pcu where there is a copper plate on the back pcu cover. If it is broken or replaced with a cover that does not have the plate you lose the ground and poor cq results. Have seen this myself.
