Dear All,
I have ricoh pro 8120s with eb-32 fiery controller, i am facing problem in opening webpage of fiery eb-32, althugh i can sent print jobs using printer driver. also guide me how can i get the system software of eb-32
my customer need that so kindly guide me for that.

If I am understanding you correctly, you have a customer with a Pro 8120 that does not have any of the software for the the Fiery. Either your customer is not the original owner and the original kept the software or the original owner did not get the software from the original seller. Either way, it is an at cost software, i.e. it is not going to be free. If you are an authorized dealer, you need to contact your Ricoh regional office. Your other option is to contact the Fiery manufacturer, EFI. Electronics for Imaging
