    There is a bulletin about the tines on the ptr. They stick out after a jam removal. Replace the PTR. If possible, use a scale to accurately measure both sides of the lead edge to see if the paper is skewed before entering the fuser.

    Replaced entire separation assembly and works perfect again. I can’t see any problem with old one but something is wrong with it.

Took the two springs (op and non op side) of the transfer roller and taped the assembly down and it started working fine!     The shape of the PTR has been changed. It should be replaced with new for best results.
