Ricoh Pro 8110s - Self Checking

Hi all,

I've got a customer with two of these, they are both constantly going into self checking (process control) mode. Every 10 copies or so.

PM's are up to date.

Is there a setting in SP mode to reduce this to maybe power on and every 1k copies?

Check in Factory SP mode.

Nothing in special service mode, is factory different? If so how do I access on this (I only know the old 143).

try to clean pcu and dev unit contacts and re insert properly, test dev unit to other working machine for isolation.

Since it, like SP 5204 and a couple of other SP mode, has apparently been moved to Factory SP Mode it is no longer shown in the Service Manual. For a description you can use the Pro 1107EX manual.

SP 2506 Cleaning Interval-Multiple Copy which most likely SP 2-226-002 and some under SP 2-225-***
