    MP 2014D SKEW

New machine, at installation : it skews too much, at duplex mode only. Single sided is Ok.
It happens at print mode, if i do a hard-stop i can see page skew before reaching registration.
Well, i checked for paper guides deformation, ostructions, srews not fully seated, geometry, dismantled,
nothing wrong on sight. Then i tried to do "duplex registration adjustment",( Main and Sub both) "paper buckle at duplex registration
    adjustment" but nothing satisfactory.!
Does anyone have had something like that at this model?
Thanks a lot for any input!!

If, as you say, it is in truth a new machine, contact Ricoh for warranty replacement of an out of box failure.

For those wondering it appears that the MP2014D is very similar to the MP301 but with A3 capability using the old style display...no SOP.
I know that I had to search it up.....we've not seen them in Australia.

They seem to be a Europe only machine. Maybe Eastern Europe only given that they seem to be very low cost oriented. Additionally the machine has a "feature" where if voltage drops it won't code out it will wait for voltage to come back up enough to continue.

I got the service manual off RFG and I don't envy anyone haveing to work on it.
