If it is too much moisture in the paper, you need to try fresh paper that is either it its original moisture resistant wrapper or has been store in a dry moisture proof container. If dry paper corrects the error I would recommend installing tray heaters.

Better take a look at the ITB.

that is right Sc 440 is Transfer belt bias error

if it happens you rebuild your transfer unit and you interchange the red and white connector with the T and F marks. it could one of possibilities.

paper is moisturized i have customer water spilled in duplex and after change paper do sc440 .if yo have hot air conditioner .exposed to side machine for 2minuts.
