I'm sure that's the case, but he's obviously got the internet, so he's got Fing Google , and could easily get one. It took me one try, and it was the first thing listed.

guys, i understand the RTFM, but i had this same issue a few years ago. changed every f'ing board on it.

it was the humidity in the paper. machine sat right under ac vent. brand new machine. it is a thought tho
