Ricoh Pro C 751 'slow printing'

    Hi,

After we send a file to print, Fiery e41 process it and it took a 5 mins to print on the machine.
It happens from LCT and on heavyweight stock. If we change paper to weight 3 it goes fast.

    Thanks

all laser based life forms will run slower with a higher gram weight of paper being printed on ...

you never mentioned what you are sending as a Job ( PDF - Word - ???)
what is the size of the file?

does it happen on EVERY file sent?

    Hi Phil,
    Thank you for reply.
    Problem solved.
It wasn't set to print in productivity mode, so everytime they printed extraheavyweight, machine was waiting until fuser reach temperature.
