All three LED are keeping on and power LEDt is flashing in my Ricoh SP211 mono printer.
If anyone can help me to get rid of this will be great.

Even better than what Phil said, have you actually checked out the archives here? There's already an insane amount of technical information here that's just waiting for you to look at it, for free. At least that's why I'm a member here. Well, not really. I actually searched through the archives and found the answer to a problem that had been vexing me, and I had to sign up just so I could tell those people "Thanks!"
