Keep in mind there are TWO sets of rails... Upper and lower, both front and rear. I use a very light sewing machine oil, and just a tiny bit that I spread with my finger. Too much oil will attract more dust, and you're right back where you started.

well after lubing it 3 times i ordered the Launa oil from Ricoh. we willl try it out
