Hi there!
Has anyone ever had that? The black pcdu unit is not removable from the machines frame/holder. It stops/blocks after 1 cm.
Thanks.

You have a bad bearing on the drum shaft and it has damaged shaft, good luck getting it off and finding replacement, I had to replace whole drum plate.
I had that happen before, and I believe I had to remove the other pdcu's and take the front cover off the offending unit before I could access what was actually causing the problem.
NEVER ASSUME ANYTHING
My action without success was to sanded the shaft with sandpaper as possible to the point where it went, I used penetrating lubricant oil MTO300 carefully to the bearing from the frontside and used special grease. I've probably assembled and disassembled everything five times and more. No luck ((( The machine is running normally.
Next week is the next service visit and I hope the oil and grease do some work around the pcu bearing. Otherwise it has to be disassembled from the back side.
I have had this a few times and once had to replace the drums front plate as it happened to the bearing on that but basically as said before it is the bearing on the shaft. It get seized up. Penetrating oil worked for me but I had to take the front plate of the black unit as if you were splitting the dev unit from the drum. In doing so it gives you more manovability. Once off cleaning the shaft and oil you can use the bearing again normally.
Good luck and hole hope it helps.
I had this happen to me with a c6501 K drum. I took a small flat file and was able to get the burr off and after cleaning the shaft of debris was able to get the drum off. I then smoothed the shaft with fine grit sand paper and cleaned and oiled the shaft. I replaced the drum and never had the problem again. I now check and smooth drum shafts when I remove drums for any reason.
Totoro
We have had one do this and found if you tap the drum shaft with a hammer (normally said as a joke) and pull the unit forward at the same time it will come out
The said copier had 3 visits befor we could get the drum unit out I even trid getting my hand behind the unit from the bypass door and pulling and the only way it came out was with a tap on the shaft with a hammer.
