    i posted the fuser. Same with me Black was working fine only color had the issue. Unplugging the finisher somehow helped. But swapping the fuser worked.

    Ditto, had this one as well.
    OK when putting a copy into the internal tray but took for ever when putting a print into the finisher. swapped the output trays around and the photocopies into the finisher took ages. Lots of head scratching later and it turned out to be a thermistor bent away from the sleeve surface.
    Don't ask me why it was more heat sensitive when using the finisher, never worked that one out.
    At least 50% of IT is a solution looking for a problem.

    we have had this issue twice now. on both machine it turned out to be thermistors & on both machine, they had just had there sleeve's replaced

    Seen this before the thermistors were not in the correct position touching the press roller they were running below and not on the roller if that makes sence
