MPC4500 gear pump tone problems

hi all
one day my mpc 4500 suddy can not detect the yellow toner than after i change the yellow pump the back of the machine sound loud and sound like gear scrape. than i try change other thing aswell .
it come up can print black and white but when print colour it miss yellow colour, after i try few time , the machine can detect yellow toner but come up other problem the machine can not print anything . when i press “ clear mode ->107 ->c/s ” it just have COPY sd and print sd can do anything

any body have idea what is problem please ?

i get the feeling you are not a tech?
You need to search previous posts as toner pump issues are not new to these models

Before "Service": No noise
After "Service": Scraping noise

....so it never crossed your mind that maybe (just maybe) you have installed it incorrectly?
And what "other things" did you try to change?

What is the part number of the pump? And, is it a second hand part or new?
The number should be B223-3252.

Other causes of noise around this area is the drum and/or dev unit.

yes you are right i am not a tech, i just a emplyee who try to fix the printer, i mean try

actual i had a MPC2000 aswell , i try to take the pump from mpc2000 it look the same as mpc4500

i try to replace the pump , but machine dont work , when i switch on machine the gear scrape noise it come out

i check the black that is what i found out it show on the pictures that part it won't turn .

theres a white plastic clip missing for that clutch, have you taken it off? theres no need to touch that when changing the toner pumps

yes you are right i am not a tech, i just a emplyee who try to fix the printer, i mean try actual i had a MPC2000 aswell , i try to take the pump from mpc2000 it look the same as mpc4500 i try to replace the pump , but machine dont work , when i switch on machine the gear scrape noise it come out i check the black that is what i found out it show on the pictures that part it won't turn .

I think you're confused and you're not changing the toner supply pumps. But another piece ...

I would appreciate it, explain concretely which piece has managed its change / repair and take into account that as indicated by other technical colleagues, a "white piece" that holds the main axis of that engine is missing.
