Machine will do 8.5X11
11X17 but not 8.5 X 14 it stops in the same place every time
checked settings it is on auto detect tryed it set on 8.5X14 still stops in the same place
any ideas ? this is on the bypass tray

set the paper size for the bypass tray in user tools. Or, if you are ding a copy job, press the #key and then choose your paper size
