From reading this thread it appears that your bosses do not share product releases with you. In the XX03 product line there are different product codes and yields for toner depending model speed.
Information from the product support guide. Order numbers are for yellow. Yields are for all 3 colors.
    Model speed_____20/25 _____ 30/35 ____ 45/55/63
    Order Code__841919_841922__841814_____841850
    Expected Yield 9500 _ 5500___ 18000 _____ 22,500

hello slimslob, thanks to you for answering, from what you write I seem to have understood that probably the cartridges of mpc4503 [438g !!] (which we have not around this model) can be put in mpc2003 [238g] (? ), now I will try to ask another friend of our dealer near here if he tries this experiment .... the aim is to reduce deliveries and waste of diesel fuel and time

The toners for the larger machines will not fit in the smaller ones. However the smaller toners will fit in the larger machines, at least I know C2503 toner will fit in a C3004

Toner end by TD sensor SP3-100-002
Change the near end display SP3110-001/2/3/4 = set to 0
hey does that 2 settings follow thru on the MPC300 series too?

Probably. The MPC3003 3004 and 3004ex all use the same toner which is type mpc3503. I think this is the same for the 20-25cpm machines and the 45/55/60cpm machines as well. IE C4503 C4504 and C4504ex all will take type C6003 toner.

I only found this out by accident though so I'm not postive. It's only really worthwhile to use the smaller toner in the bigger machine if you have no toner of the correct size though.

    Hi there!
The toner of the 20/25er METIS is completly different, as is the developer. 30er - 60er METIS is the samematerial.
    Greetings...

what is the difference between 841926 and 841919 thanks ...... ps even the other colors are not full of toner up to the top

hello to everyone, after a test phase lasted a few months, I can gladly tell you that the problem was solved by replacing the whole yellow pcdu unit, which sucked the cartridges as if it were beer, the group still had far exceeded its estimated life, I usually change them if they make noise or print badly, or generate strange know problems, the yellow cartridges and waste toner bottle now fall into normal consumption, now if happen I know what action to take, I hope this feedback was useful I thank everyone who gave their suggestions again.

    best regards

The reason why there is much less toner in the bottel (compared with a mpc3003) could be to avoid toner get clogged.
When it get clogged white lines will appear due to "rocks" in the development unit.

hello, at the beginning I thought it was the bottle with little toner the problem, because the yellow printed very well, but in the end it was the pcdu that some strange reason drank all the toner, in fact I noticed that the rear air filters were strangely much and only yellow ... however resolved, this is a problem that has cost a lot to the company, the mc are rented, and we buy and supply the toner ... which as you know has stratospheric prices
