MPC 2003: new toner bottle, but half filled (?)

hi guys, I have a strange problem on the mpc2003, the customer consumes a yellow toner cartridge with high capacity every week, during the delivery of the toner the customer pointed out to me (I had never noticed) that the cartridge seems full for less than half, then I tried to weigh it with a precision scale, and the weight is correct (218g), I wanted to ask all of you if in your market the same cartridge is full ?, as I saw that in Italy the code is 841926 instead in the USA it would seem 841919, the toner cover does not interest me, I just wanted to understand if it is normal that a new original cartridge is full to less than half ...
what is the difference between 841926 and 841919 thanks ...... ps even the other colors are not full of toner up to the top

Look at any other toner bottle, then shake it.

thanks for the answer dave, I tried to shake it, actually for a few seconds increases in volume (like beer), but for example the one in the photo below is the mpc2500, and as you can see it is almost full unlike that of mpc2003, those in your countries as they are?
I suspect that for marketing reasons, I change the amount (and also the RF-chip) according to the countries

If the toner bottle weight is correct and you are using what they deem to be too much Yellow....I would look at what type of documents they are printing. If the documents they print have a lot of Yellow (or green or red, since yellow is a component of both those colors).... then that explains the high yellow toner usage.

IF Using The CMYK model: (the subtractive color model used in printing)

    Y plus M = Red
    Y plus C = Green

much like potato chips.... toners are filled by WEIGHT... not by VOLUME.

you weighed it .. it weighed correctly..

now as far as yellow USEAGE, like what was mentioned, are they printing a lot of yellow? what is the life on the consumables?

is the toner spilling into the waste bottle or in the body of the machine?
is there developer powder on the printed pages?

most of the colors i service are never full.
I never have to weigh the toners that are vacuum sealed but have done it on the ones,ie mpc300
    that are not.
I use a small scale i use to weigh my pizza flour when i make dough, just covering it with saran wrap.
The color i see running hot is usually magenta over here

Thank you for replying, attached the pdf of the smc for the control coverage of the machine in question, I know that more yellow uses before it ends, of course, but my main problem and that it seemed strange that a cartridge for a machine of this type it's only half full ... so I wondered if only here they sell it like this, or in the rest of the world they're filled with more

thanks for replying, the waste bottles are changing them very quickly, but the machine is super clean inside, (I'm crazy about cleaning he, he, he)

thanks for answering, talking about pizza I was hungry, however I used a ultra precision scale pusher-style, which I use to calibrate the cartridge of my pioneer stereo turntable to 1.5g

    Hi

I can understand it is very difficult situation, but let me tell you that toner bottle is never full & it should not be.
When bottle rotates, it expand toner filled in bottle, so it is always filled 3/4 normally.
I serially think that you are not using OEM toner, which I also do not use regularly, depends on Customer. But let me tell you that I am using C8000 (Which is cheap & ORIGINAL)toner for low speed machines & which works great. I think You are definitely using non OEM toner as you need to w.eight it. Its OK.
Try my suggestion if you are using non OEM Toner(even if package looks same, cheers to China make).
    Hope this helps.
