    moisture in machine

    Hoi,
This pictures - taken from the exit section of an 13 year old 3030 - shows you the influence of moisture.
The machine was standing in a comfort office, no dust, no fluctuations of temperature or other negative impact factors.
I hope the upload has succeeded, because i don't get any messages it has...

    Soooo
What is the exact problem & Model?
Check Log in Service data for problem codes.
Tell us what is happened at Machine & Customer so we can give some suggestions.
Moister OR lets say humidity works great at @ 40-70%.
More or less humidity may affect performance of machine,
In case of higher humidity, please advice customer to put on Air conditioner at-least 20 mins before they put on machine, so humidity is maintained within specified range.
in case of extreme dry or low humidity, you can try by sprinkling water on near by curtains or around to increase moisture OR humidity around machine surroundings.
    HOPE THIS HELPS

What you are trying to attach most likely does not meet the maximum size requirements. For most image documents that is 620 X 280 and 976.6KB. You can try using an image editing software to adjust the size.

Don't go to any trouble....I think I can speak for most of us and say that we've all seen rust in old (and even not so old) machines before

Moisture from the paper evaporates has the paper passes through the fuser unit, over time & long runs this builds up & will cause corrosion etc happens on most if not all manufactures.

Most recently saw water literally dripping from the underside of an mpc305 scanner! (Humid in the UK currently)
Let us eat, drink, and be merry, because tomorrow we may die!

Even worse is when a customer's office is near the ocean. Moisture & salt air can do a number on equipment.
