    Black printhead defective (mpw c2201sp)

    Guys, what is the reason why black print head is lowered and touching the platen causing damage to the nozzle? How are you going to fix this kind of problem. I already requested new black print head but I am worried that after replacing it would still touching the platen. What adjustment I have to make? see attached photo of the problem.20180513_095728.jpg

    Looks to me like one of the black heads is not mounted properly or missing screws.
