Missing color (mpc w2201sp)

Guys, what could be the problem when Y1 and M1 are missing during print nozzle check pattern? The original error of the machine was SC 665-01. We have already replaced BICU, HRB, COLOR print head and black print head and power supply unit. The machine is up now but having color issue. We already performed several cleaning and flushing of print head.Any ideas? Please see attached image.20180722_090644.jpg

well shit!!! did you also replace the supply tubes? can you see air in them?

Personally, I would go back and check all my connections beginning with the BICU board (which is the easiest). You have all your colours present but you are missing the M1 and Y1 nozzle patterns - it looks like everything works. Your original error is a FFC Connection error (BICU-HRB) which you have already dealt with. Check your connections.
