    Connection Logs

    Hi.

    I an strugling with a MPC6502 that does not want to scan to certain PCs folders. Their IT people and i have tried everything. All PCs use the same windows build. If i scan it will say transfering for a few seconds in the scanned file status and then switch over to “Waiting”

    I think this is a authentication error. Is there any type of log i can check what is happening?

    User Tools - Systems Settings - Interface Setting - Print Settings - Last page of the print out.

    I thought SMB 1 would not work anymore. If so that is your problem.

    Are they Windows 10 computers?

    If they are using windows 10 ask if they set up the windows 10 computer with a email account. If so use that account name I.E. "name@abc.com" plus the normal log-in password to authenticate to the folder.
