Aficio mp 5002 does not add toner

As I had already presented this problem on several occasions being all very well, I managed to erase memory and work for a month until I asked for a toner and did not recover well and as I had to change image by use, 3 days ago I proceeded to change original new unit, original new toner hopper, clean ID, reliace 2081,2805,3001 002 etc
I am the image very well, the values of 2220 in 2.74 and 2802 in 2.90 ... today they call me because the copy is clear, ask for toner, reinstall it and return it feeds minimally, it works again and so, asks ,


Taking into account the above, what do you think of what it can be?

When you put in a new toner and engage the toner latch make sure that it is pulling the plastic cap out of the toner. If thats not the problem make sure that your developer unit isn't clogged and that its rotating correctly. I've had lot of problems with both the dev. unit and the toner hoppers.

the pestilo rotates well, drops toner well when manually turning the hopper

when you did the memory clear did you re-input the info from the birth certificate? if NOT there in lies your problem.

yes, once I erase memory that time, I did all the procedure .., 2801,2805 3001 002 etc


it worked well a month until the toner ran out but once it asks it does not work anymore


We noticed yesterday that the toner engine is not activated BUT THE MISERABLE ENGINE IS OK,


I do not know but I think there is something in the logic, it does not give the order to the engine to start ..

Saca la tapa donde cae la copia y mueve el motor de pote de tóner con 5804-106. Tienes que verlo girar; si no gira está dañado.
Si gira bien, saca la tolva con el pote puesto, ponlo sobre una hoja, actúa la palanca verde como si estuviera colocado en la maquina y giralo a mano, tiene que ir cayendo tóner en la hoja.
Si eso anda bien, es problema de la unidad de revelado, puede estar trabada, tienes que desarmar y revisar los espirales de transporte de tóner, engranajes.
Si no tiene nada raro, puede ser el sensor TD de la unidad que esté midiendo mal.

It is not in the site rules. It is merely a general courtesy, considering that the majority of the techs here are fluent in English, many read and write only English, if your native tongue is not English that you use an online translator such as translate.google.com and post both the original and the translated versions. It is also advisable to fully populate your profile so that we know what language to translate our replies to. Truthfully it is much preferred by me that you use a translator than try to type in broken English, makes for better understanding.
