In the past when I have seen this, I set it to "73". (Pretty much my favourite number.)

I imagine you mean defaulting to 1 sided to 2 sided.

deselect that, and then press program, program as defaults.

Every once in awhile, you get that customer that comments on how fast your response time is...I used to tell them we were dispatched by psychics.
