How can I set the copier to print the journal with the failed communication, right now it print the journal only with the communication that are ok.

I have the manual, went to all switches in parameter setting.

I can print the Journal, but no failed fax info is printed.

The copier will print a failed communication page after the failed fax, the question is: can I set the journal to show the failed ones too.
