    D193/MPC 401sr Creasing from tray 2

This machine has intermittent creasing when feeding from tray 2. It looks like the lead edge is "nicking" something prior to entering the fuser unit. Most of the time when it does this the paper makes it through but obviously creases. I have inspected all the guides in the paper path, pulled the feed unit out and inspected, replaced torque limiter/rollers in the unit. This only happens from tray 2??
    Any suggestions would be great.

Check the tray 2 drawer guides.

    agree with Slim...

also did you pull the fuser and check inlet plate?

    now many pages on unit?
    maintenance done?

is there toner IN the crease or is it toner free? Toner IN before fuser ...no toner in crease? before drum/image process

shit sorry went bck and read.. yeah Slim has it right
