    Precisely what update is needed. Can you identify the problem, other than scan to folder which is a Microsoft update problem? Also what is the current level of all current firmware?

    i have 8.31 not 8.33 the last fw released.

    v8.33 will not correct the SMB2/3 connection problem. If I remember correctly it corrects an unable to write to folder error message. Original released 5 years ago. Part of the major update of most models after Windows 8 was released.

    No it won't. But he mentioned that he has enabled SMB 1 on the PC, and that's all that needs doing if you have the latest f/w.
    I have several scanning to Win 10, however, I'd still recommend switching to FTP at this point

    I am still waiting for savi0r to not fshead to reply with what firmware he currently has.
