Hello. Can someone help me please with the latest firmware available for ricoh mp c2800? I'm having a hard time configuring smb scan on windows 10. Thank you.

In the RICOH generell bulletin 95h are all information you need, also the models which are able to use smb V2/3.

its been a while since i even seen one of these and for scanning i used scan to pdf and twain driver to
scan to pc

Setup FTP

Either use scan to ftp or scan to email. In windows 10, you can set it to scan to folder using SMB1, some security folks would not recommend it.

So it can be done using SMB in windows 10? I think i tried enabling SMB1 and it didn't worked. Maybe i'll try ftp scan...

SMB 1 has to be enabled in Windows 10. May have to redo after every security update.
