Ricoh (Savin) MP C5502 Service mode ? & False Black toner Message..

I am trying to get into service mode. I have tried the(yellow key) "182806" Tried "806182" "tried 107" ("C") Nothing happens. The initial problem is the image unit is not getting toner. Assuming it is the Toner Pump". Any help is very appreciated...

Its suppose to be "Yellow" 806182 "C"

If it's not working I'm thinking one of the keys on op panel not working properly...sometimes the long press doesn't register as one

Correct method for the 02 series is yellow, 1,0,7 hold C
