Anyone can share the most current firmware for the 2022sp?
The customer switch to windows 10 and he can't connect the copier to his computer.
before I'm going there I thought to have the valid firmware.
I have the service manual.
Thanks

This model does not use SD cards for firmware. It uses PCMCIA cards. The blue 4MB flash memory card (Ricoh part number A2309350 or N8036701) may or may not still be available. The Memory Card Explorer for Ricoh May or may not still be available to RFG dealers. The demo version may still be available.
Requires software run on Windows XP. Hardware requirement is a computer compatible with Windows XP that has a PCMCIA I slot. PCMCIA II will not work.
All that considered, you will be much better off Updating the MFP not the firmware.
You can pick up an XP system for peanuts, set a scan folder on this & share in to the network with the Win 10 machines.

Gideon, If your connection problems are with printing, choose a windows 7 x64 pcl6 driver. Should work fine.
And a great scan solution, as above, to pick up an XP cheap for scan router
