I just got back from a service call where the feeder is jamming. The rear side of the feeder cover is lifting up while feeding. The clip in the rear is not holding under pressure. If I slide the whole top cover asm towards the rear it will stick. I may have to put washers in the middle between the screw that lets you remove the top cover and the screw hole to keep it slide over towards the rear.
Anyone seen this before? Can the metal be any thinner on these? Maybe they'll figure out how to make the steel on molecule thick. That'll save some cash...
