i have ricoh mp3352 with no English language
so any one have new firmware with English language ?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but these models come in NA, EU and CHN version which has programmed language in it.

There is no specific English language. The language firmware is the same for all languages. The XX52 and previous models you had to choose the 2 languages to be made available. when loading. Newer models make all languages available for operator selection through user tools.

That is because that option is not available until the 3353.

I would suggest that you strike up a really good relationship with a local Ricoh tech. Either that or wait while you build some rep power here.
