Encrypting emails on SOP devices

We have a customer with a Ricoh MP 6004ex that needs to encrypt and add passwords to some scans and when using the new Scanner button on the SOP we get a "The specified destinations contain a destination that does not have an encryption certificate. To continue with the process press Encryption and then select the destinations again." But they can't select anybody.

I also tested this out on our MPC 4504 and I got a different error, we got "Cannot encrypt the transmission to this destination because it doesn't have an encryption certificate. Are you sure you still want to select this destination?"

If we use the Scanner classic menu it works though. How do we add certificates to fix these issues?

In the web interface under Configuration, Security is a place for Device and Site Certificates.
