Does Ricoh have anything to email the counters, errors, etc, from the machine automatically without software on the customers network (

Counters via email can be set up on recent products in SP mode, or using a SOP app.

Don't waste your time in SP mode. Use the SOP Designer Tool. Load it on your laptop and use it to configure the SOP on all new machines going out. You get to specify what day of the month and time of day that it is sent, You can also put your company logo on the wall paper.

You're stuck with either @remote or having to either get the customer to print the counter sheet and fax it to you or send someone out. SmartDevice Monitor for Admin can be downloaded from Softpedia. It can scan for devices on a network and put current meter counts from them. The result can exported to a spreadsheet.

There's always FMaudit.
It can collect meters and report toner levels(and flag toner out) on ALL machines on the network.
Needs to either be installed on the customer server or any pc that is always on.

All MFDs have an auto email notification setting on the web page. It will send everything but counters.
