SC406 error on Savin 3406WD Wide format

wide format just started printing light to blank pages mid job then threw SC406 code.
machine was fine 2 days ago when I replaced a broken caster.
inspected, belts, tensioners, corona wires, charge, transfer and separation wires, drum, blade, ID sensor.
machine only has 6150 feet on it. cant tone up with forced toner add.
was looking at the Charge pack but it looks like many folks have already gone the same path I was considering.

Check the drive to toner unit.

What is the value of PWM setting when you initialized it? Is the ID sensor connected properly?

1.Check developer drive gears. 2. make sure that connector is securely plugged into the drum unit. 3.check drive belts, sometimes they look fine but are worn enough to cause problems.

Just wanted to add one thing. If you had to replace a caster that means that the machine was probably not level for a time. These machines will eat belts and gears when not level.
