Savin 2525 copy is mottled gray

We just moved a Savin c2525 to a new location. All of our copies are now a mottled gray with a darker and lighter streak across the page about an inch from the bottom. An auto color calibration page turned out black mottled with color, with a darker black and rainbow steak across the page. The copier was working perfectly before the move and it was just across a parking lot, no bumps or drops. Any idea what might be causing this? Thanks!savin 2525 copy_Page_1.jpg

ok so you did auto cali... did you CLEAN the machine or INSPECT the PCU's? What about the Dev unit?

The normal thing to do when some asks for additional information images, etc is to post the requested information in a reply, not as an edit to the original post.

You say it was moved just across a parking lot. Again a lack of information. How was it moved across the parking lot? I have yet to see a parking lot that was anything but a continuous series of bumps.

This forum is primarily a place where trained techs help each other. If you fail to provide information we might need to diagnose your problem, we will ask for it. If you continue with your current attitude, you will continue pick up red cards.

Was the parking lot made of smooth concrete or rocky bitumen(asphalt)?
What distance did you push the machine across the parking lot... how far?
How carefully did you push the machine across the parking lot?
Did the machine "accidentally fall" from an upper level of the parking lot to a lower level of parking lot?

With the above information we know what damage was done to the machine.
With the above information we will know if your boss is going to let you keep your job or if you're going to lose it....

Are you still trembling at the knees.....

There's a good chance you've dumped a heap of developer throughout the machine.

Which doesn't help you keep your job ,or stop your trembling knees at this point....
