i have a customer that has a new PO software. When they email from copier and receive document they need it to be in normal time not military time. I have look in user tools scanner features also in service mode and doent see where i can change it. I was wonder if someone can tell me how to change time. Thanks for any help in this matter.

Could be a function of the email server(s) sent through, the email program used to receive or the OS on your computer.

Have you tried emailing yourself from the copier to wee what the time comes across as. Ricoh devices are usually in the "normal" 12 hour format by default.

Thats the time of the copier, so set the copier time as per your client request.

    Re: Ricoh scan folder time

Thanks for everyone help i found in service mode 5-302 set time had to adjust till i got it to show correctly with it being an older mp2000 you have to set time zones. With newer copier i didn't have to mess with them they adjust for time zones.

That still won't stop it displaying time in 24 hour format.
