Hello techs,I check the Fuser unit and the Fuser film are damage and i have another Fuser unít in good condition

but i cant reset the code with 58101 and 58102 and fails ante help please this photo looks the Fuser damage its normal to happen or customer damage

The SC is only reset by a fuse on the replacement fuser. If your replacement fuser is used, then the fuse has already been blown and it won't reset.
This thread has some other solutions to get around replacing the fuse.

the fuse comes with the sleeve. the best way to solve the issue is to replace the sleeve and put in the new fuse.

When you order a new fusing sleeve from Ricoh, they package the fuse needed to reset in the bottom of the box.

I’ve done the switch trick to get round the fuse issue when I had a machine constantly blowing the fuses and giving fuser codes with new fusers.

Take the connector from a dead fuse and give yourself a length of wire to go out the side door when closed. Stick a normal on/off switch on the end, run the SP mode and within a second or two, turn the switch to off to simulate the fuse popping. I keep this setup in the drawer in the office should we need to use it.

Usually when a part has a standard life there are a fuse that blown . If you replace this fuse , it will be ok.

make a push button switch from a scrap machines small door switch,lite wire and an old thermister"mp6000" end connector and connect,service mode,execute fuser reset as you press the switch..'may take a few attempts as timing is important...
