    compatibility

    We have a Customer with an old Ricoh MP201 desk top copier. Takes 1270D toner l believe. They have run out of toner and desperate to get it running. We do not have stock of this but we have the MP2000 toner 1230d in stock Does anyone know if this is compatible, if so we can top up their bottle to keep them going until we can get stock in

    Check the recipe number on the bottles. If they are the same, they are compatible.

    Clever!!. I didn't think of that. Easiest solutions are quite often the most obvious. Will give that a try
