After seeing this video I'm with zed255. Definitely sounds like a stuck roller or bushing. It sounds like its in the paper exit. These aren't very hard to pull out.
Does it make this sound when you first get the copier going in the morning? Or does it make this sound the whole time it feeds paper? We have had the rollers on the underside of the PTR case become dislodged/wedged causing a sound similar to this, but the odd thing was that it only made the sound a couple times a day (usually during a duplex run), but ALWAYS made the sound upon first starting up.
The rollers I'm talking about reside on the rear side of the Paper Transfer Unit on the Right hand Door (Picture 1). And Picture 2 show where on the PTR the rollers are (to avoid any confusion).
Did you try do some duplex copies?
It makes the sound constantly during operation no matter the time. The loudness and pitch is not always the same, but it is always from the same area on the machine. As well, when output is running slow (ie: 1200x1200 printing) it often doesn't happen and sounds perfectly normal.
I will also sheepishly tell you that (gently) hitting the grills above the back door has sometimes helped, but not eliminated it.
About duplex, this I'm not sure on at the moment.
I had this a few times, i think on a mp2550.
A plate in the Exit was bent (heat) and rubbing against the exit rollers...
