Mpc305 WIth Various Problems

I was gonna mention that but I could remember where the lasers were. They are above the drums, under the paper exit cover. Not easy to get to,but definitely worth a shot to clean them.

Why did the problem occur a month after changing the PCDU as suggested by Ricoh technical support?
The strange thing is that if I print the test pattern - checker flag pattern with black e yellow I do not have any white lines
However I try to follow your advice.

The issue is with your cyan (blue) PCDU.

I trust you are using genuine Ricoh toner?

Hi there!
Is the ptr the modified one or the original part? The old one is very good in jamming & wrinkling when getting old. The white line in cyan is not the lasershield, there is crap under the dr-blade.
As the other tech say update the complete fw.

I have an MPC305 with various problems

The printer gave this flaw

- On some sheets came out an abnormal fold
- If you printed in color, it printed an out-of-color strip

I changed:

FUSER
PAPER TRANSFER -D1176201 (D118-6204)
PCDU BLUE



For a month everything worked ok, but after a month there was a problem with color and creases

I'm going crazy, help me

The wrinkle in the paper is probably the transfer roller
you must open cyan unit ,and clean developer unit.

How many prints on the machine? I've had 5 of these machines and I didn't like them at all. My customers ran them into the ground fast. I no longer have the machines.

Me too. I have had several machines of this model and I have been changing them. I still have some in some client and it's a problem.

the new modified ptr partsno is D1186204. Don't use D1176203.

And check if you want the RTB for the line and creasing problem.

These MPC305 printers are cursed, now by error 524, the transport engine runs badly
