    When you reset your full memory clear do you do the ACC again??

    When you reset your full memory clear, i.e. SP 5801-001 or SP 58001-002, and you do not have the machine's birth certificate in hand it will require a lot more than ACC. If you don't know what you are doing it could take at least 2 hours to manually adjust to where forced line position will not error out.

    Greetings all. As a follow up to my initial post about the print quality issue. I am happy to tell you that the Technical Support Bulletin forwarded to me from A Doug in Dublin solved the issue completely. The fix was setting the scanner sub SP 4010-001 to a value of 1.5 (nothing less than 1.5 worked). We had 4 machines that had this odd print quality issue and all 4 have been corrected and are holding firm.
